It was purchased in 2014 and rehabilitated in 2015 to replicate the image of an old-style Chicago Pizzeria, featuring a brick façade, dual glazed tinted windows, new awning, updated LED backlit industrial style steel signage, and an expansive back patio. Sold in May 2022.
