Tami Daiber-Hirst
Chief Operating Officer

Tami joined Carleton Management in 2009 as Director of Asset Management and became Chief Operating Officer in December 2015 and is Carleton’s Broker Officer.  Tami is responsible for all real estate management operations, coordination of all due diligence activities for acquisition and disposition, capital planning and tenant improvements.  Prior to joining Carleton, Tami managed suburban office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial, and medical office buildings for nearly twenty years for nationally recognized institutional owners, publicly traded real estate investment trusts and local San Diego investors.  Tami has managed multi-million-dollar tenant improvements, building renovations and development projects.

Tami served as Board President of the Hillcrest Business Association, from 2014-2018 where she supported the community business association and is s also active in other community business organizations such as Downtown San Diego Partnership and Greater San Diego Chamber of Commerce.  

A graduate of University of San Diego, Tami holds a California Real Estate Brokers License and Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI International).
