Calle Fortunada Plaza
Calle Fortunada Plaza was developed and occupied by a manufacturer and distributor of weighing instrumentation for the U.S. Government. In the early 1990’s, Carleton Management renovated the property to a multi-tenant building which included the installation of a new 2-stop hydraulic elevator, interior finishes and a lobby on the 1st and 2nd floor. Recently, the exterior landscaping was updated to include drought tolerant xeriscaping.
Calle Fortunada Plaza has also undergone a modernization of the interior improvements in preparation for the occupancy of 2-1-1 San Diego, a resource and information hub that connects people with community, health and disaster services through a free, 24/7 stigma-free confidential phone service and searchable online database, serving the entire population of San Diego County. Other tenants include Rady Childrens Physicians Management Services, a physician management group helping pediatric patients and their families through superior service, and Mood Media, the leading business music provider in the world.
