Chief Operating Officer
Tami Daiber-Hirst is Chief Operating Officer for Carleton Management, responsible for all real estate management, operations, due diligence activities for acquisition and disposition, capital planning, and capital and tenant improvements.
Tami joined Carleton in 2009 as Director of Asset Management and became Chief Operating Officer in December 2015. Before joining Carleton Management, for nearly 20 years Tami managed suburban office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial, and medical office buildings for nationally recognized institutional owners, publicly traded real estate investment trusts as well as local San Diego investors and has managed multi-million dollar tenant improvement and building renovation projects.
Tami currently serves as Board President of the Hillcrest Business Association, where she supports the efforts of the community business association, and in particular the interests of the clients at Carleton’s Hillcrest properties. Tami is also active in other community business organizations such as Downtown San Diego Partnership, East Village Association and Uptown Community Parking District.
A graduate of University of San Diego, Tami holds a California Real Estate License and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI International).
